📋 Description

• Represent the Wisconsin dairy industry and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin in the retail marketplace • Plan, develop, and implement retail promotional programs • Conduct on-site training • Manage market promotions • Manage market-level Wisconsin Cheese events • Support the Northeast region, including Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine • Travel extensively to support regional activities

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of proven retail supermarket sales/marketing success • Experience working with key retail decision makers and retail marketing teams • Ability to develop and implement program strategies at a regional level • Ability to cultivate strong relationships built on integrity and follow through • Professional, well-developed communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with retailers and manufacturers/marketers • Ability to speak confidently in front of groups • Analytical, organizational, and computer skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Willingness to travel extensively, 60%+ of time
