📋 Description

• Manage the daily transfers pipeline for sales, leases, renewals, alterations, and due diligence requests • Prioritize work, assign tasks to the offshore team, and track files through completion • Review applications, board packages, questionnaires, and closing documents for completeness and accuracy • Coordinate sales, leases, and renewals from application through board decision to closing or move-in • Respond to due diligence requests and questionnaires from attorneys and lenders • Track application fees, move-in deposits, and other transfer-related payments • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with building staff and the facilities team • Communicate with residents, brokers, attorneys, and boards; keep stakeholders informed and escalate issues • Maintain clear handoffs, daily check-ins, and organized notes across time zones • Identify recurring problems, suggest process improvements, and update SOPs and checklists

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property management, transaction coordination, or operations • Familiarity with NYC co-op/condo sales or leasing is a plus, not required • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organization skills and ability to juggle many open items • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Comfortable working with a remote team and giving clear direction and feedback • Calm under pressure, with a sense of urgency around deadlines • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems • Excited to work alongside AI and automation • Reliable, accountable, and eager to grow
