• Gain hands-on experience and insights into business and creative agency work • Perform account and project management tasks within the HSPR market • Assist with developing and reporting financial reports for the Creative Services division • Gain experience in sales administration • Gain experience in sales coordination • Gain experience in account management • Gain experience in project management • Complete other work as assigned • Work with a mentor to develop understanding of Daktronics products, practices, and procedures
• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Management, Entrepreneurial Studies, Journalism, Creative Design or a closely related field • Student registered in at least 12 credits preferred • Sophomore or junior year preferred • GPA of 2.5 or higher • Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with application • Approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year, maximum 20 hours • Up to 40 hours per week during the summer • At least 18 years of age • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative • Reliable and capable of working independently while maintaining productivity in a remote environment • Willingness to learn and contribute to projects using unfamiliar software and tools • Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities • Proficient in general computer use and accurate keyboarding • Strong oral and written communication skills • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Eligible to work in the U.S. • Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position
