📋 Description

• Enable business units’ strategy and operations by providing practical, solution-oriented approaches to complex legal issues. • Be a leader and primary contact globally, directly partner with leaders on significant challenges. • Serve as a legal subject matter expert and strategic advisor on cross-functional projects. • Partner with specialist attorneys on matters like IP, employment, regulatory, compliance, M&A. • Manage commercial and other disputes, including litigations. • Help identify, design, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives using DBS tools. • Support other Danaher operating companies in the Diagnostic/IVD and Life Sciences markets from time to time.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school. • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 6+ years of experience with complex commercial and corporate transactions, including 3+ years of experience in a large law firm transactional practice. • Excellent writing and contract drafting skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with associates at all levels of the company.
