📋 Description

• Lead the operating cadence, consolidation, and visibility for Orders, Revenue, and PSI forecasts • Surface forecasting risks, opportunities, and actions that improve predictability • Strengthen funnel processes, governance, analytics, and reporting • Improve opportunity quality, prioritization, conversion, and forecast confidence • Translate customer, account, product, pricing, and performance data into recommendations • Support quote and deal-calculator development • Analyze deal economics and margin implications • Participate in pricing and quote approvals within established authority limits • Track commercial commitments, revenue, margin, account profitability, compliance, and delivery or renewal risks • Coordinate visibility and corrective actions with business owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or a related field • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Commercial knowledge • Hands-on experience prompting generative AI tools and using AI agents to automate analysis, reporting, and workflows • Sound judgment in validating AI outputs • Advanced Excel capabilities • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations • Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization • Ability to travel up to 5% if based in Deer Park, IL, or up to 25% of the time to be on site at Deer Park, IL
