• drive the AI Molecular Design (AI MD) enterprise strategy by converting long-term vision into a focused, value-driven portfolio • lead prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of AI MD initiatives • establish a streamlined operating cadence across initiatives and OpCos • act as an enterprise integrator across AI teams, OpCos, and external partners/alliances • provide clear, executive-level insights on performance, risks, and financials
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in operational roles • advanced degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines) • proven track record managing complex partnerships and alliances • deep expertise in influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and OpCos • demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels • experience utilizing portfolio or program management tools • comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • familiarity with Danaher's business model and commercial activities (preferred) • proficiency in applying DBS tools related to strategy, planning, alignment, decision making, and tracking (preferred) • working experience or knowledge about adjacent business domains such as Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain management, etc (preferred)
