📋 Description

• Resolve complex customer issues with urgency and precision, championing a “first-time fix” mindset • Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and clear development plans • Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement • Drive daily management and KPI performance • Identify root causes of systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions using DBS tools • Drive revenue growth through service agreement sales and lead generation • Collaborate with Sales on strategic initiatives and service offerings • Manage district P&L to meet profit targets • Champion kaizen and DBS methodologies to streamline operations and enhance service delivery • Partner cross-functionally to develop value-driven service packages • Report to the Senior Manager, North America Field Service • Cover the Pacific West region as part of the Americas Field Service organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience with 6+ years of experience leading field employees, OR Master’s degree in the same with 5+ years of experience, OR Associate's degree in the same and 8+ years of experience • Ability to listen to various stakeholders and generate actionable insights • Ability to deliver results while adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges • Ability to communicate performance expectations and hold people accountable • Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills • Commercial experience, including direct selling of products or services • Exposure to and ownership of a P&L • Ability to travel 25%–30% of the time within the region and/or business unit locations within the United States • Must live within the District region, preferably San Francisco (Bay Area) • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
