📋 Description

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients • Partner with Diagnostic Solutions Executives to align Danaher’s enterprise strategy with customer priorities • Develop integrated, multi-OpCo roadmaps driving clinical, operational, and financial value • Own post-signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts • Advise customer C-suite executives and drive adoption through executable value plans • Lead executive and steering governance, engagement, and performance cadence • Conduct bi-annual Danaher One Executive Business Reviews, strategic summits, and account health monitoring • Use dashboards, service metrics, innovation roadmaps, and compliance insights to build trust and prevent surprises • Drive client-centric capital planning and asset optimization • Collaborate with customers on Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) • Conduct ROI and financial analyses • Ensure capital and asset decisions maximize customer outcomes while maintaining governance, controls, and audit readiness • Lead client transformation and adoption initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks • Design and execute change management strategies for safe, compliant, and sustainable adoption • Orchestrate a unified Danaher client experience across operating companies • Align cross-functional teams, standardize operating cadence and escalation models, manage risks and contracts • Serve as executive escalation point for complex operational, technical, or commercial challenges • Partner with customers across the globe to solve complex challenges and architect science and technology solutions

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA Degree from an accredited institution • A degree in Business or healthcare administration is desirable • MBA is strongly preferred • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy, complex program leadership, or senior commercial/solutions roles within a matrixed, multi-business organization • Ideally, experience within healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated environments • Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multi-OpCo solutions delivering measurable customer and business outcomes • Proven credibility as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders • Experience leading executive reviews and governance forums that drive adoption and long-term value • Deep fluency in the Danaher Business System (DBS) • Ability to apply structured problem-solving to high-impact challenges • Ability to lead across operating companies without direct authority • Strong capability in capital planning, ROI and cost-benefit analysis • Disciplined governance supporting value realization, audit readiness, and risk mitigation • Demonstrated success leading complex change initiatives • Strong executive presence in highly matrixed environments • Ability to conduct domestic travel 40–60% of the time • DBS leadership training (ECO, Gemba, MLP) and formal change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) are highly desirable
