📋 Description

• Serve as the primary applications and scientific resource for customers across the Eastern United States • Solve customer challenges and optimize instrument and assay workflows for accurate, reproducible outcomes • Understand customer cell types, samples, molecules, and goals • Diagnose sample- and instrument-level factors causing variable or inconsistent results • Support antibody and protein quantification applications • Guide customers toward reliable, optimized measurements • Deliver product demonstrations, on-site trainings, and applications support in the field and via web-based platforms • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D to resolve issues and advance opportunities • Capture Voice of Customer feedback and relay it to Product Management and R&D • Help shape future product iterations and ensure portfolio performance over time • Travel to customer locations and perform moderate physical activity, including lifting/carrying materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related life science • Minimum 5 years of relevant life sciences experience in field applications, technical support, or a laboratory/bioprocess environment • Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience, preferably including fed-batch culture and maintenance, counting, and viability assessment of mammalian cell lines such as CHO and HEK • Working knowledge of cell counting and viability analysis • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize across diverse cell types • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Eastern U.S. territory, up to 85% • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to work independently from a home office • Ability to travel approximately 3 days per week in the field • Cell line development experience and familiarity with antibody/monoclonal IgG production highly desired • Understanding of antibody structure and conformation and effects on quantification and assay behavior • Process development or drug manufacturing experience in a biopharma/biotech setting • Hands-on experience with multimode microplate readers, particularly fluorescence polarization detection • Understanding of B2B and QC/QA/R&D customer requirements and pharma/biopharma validation processes such as GMP, IQ, and OQ
