📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Service teams to support regional revenue growth, customer retention, and successful adoption of Leica Biosystems solutions • Lead instrument installations, evaluations, validations, workflow optimization activities, and customer onboarding • Provide applications support, troubleshooting, and customer training • Investigate and resolve technical applications issues with Technical Service, Product Management, Global Business Units, and other cross-functional teams • Identify customer needs, share field insights, document issues, and support continuous improvement of products, workflows, and service delivery • Support Immunohistochemistry customers across the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree in a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience • Understanding of the Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Pathology, or related laboratory marketplace • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical applications issues, train customers, and support laboratory workflow optimization • Ability to travel 70% within the territory • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • HT/HTL certification preferred • Experience in Immunohistochemistry applications, workflows, and laboratory operations is a plus • Experience in Field Applications, Technical Support, Customer Training, or Laboratory Implementation support is a plus • Experience supporting laboratory automation, staining platforms, digital pathology solutions, or diagnostic instrumentation is a plus
