📋 Description

• Assist with the customer experience throughout the installation job life cycle • Perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and perform product affirmations • Conduct Job Site Inspections to review quality of work and verify service provider badges • Meet with customers to ensure the installation experience meets The Home Depot standards • Resolve customer complaints and open questions • Make decisions to prevent cycle-time delays • Work with service providers to resolve issues • Approve or escalate project changes before work proceeds • Ensure all open items are completed to the customer's satisfaction • Maintain regular customer communication and timely follow-up • Resolve scope-of-work changes, add-labor items, material needs, open services, and Care Tickets • Manage jobs in the assigned area and product category • Inspect work for adherence to industry construction standards and document job scope changes • Resolve jobs on hold and initiate change-of-scope requests • Use reporting and related systems to support customer experience and installation accuracy • Report to the District Installation Manager; no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable • Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior experience managing residential home improvement install projects preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • 5 years of work experience • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong negotiating skills • Strong business acumen • Problem solving and multi-tasking skills • Collaborative leadership skills where strong value is placed on partnerships • Ability to perform intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • Ability to work with regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
