📋 Description

• Drive day-to-day execution of deals from sourcing and initial evaluation through diligence, negotiation support, and signing • Build valuation and synergy analyses, including revenue and cost synergies • Build financial models underpinning each deal • Manage data rooms and coordinate diligence workstreams • Schedule and prepare for meetings and keep deal timelines on track • Draft investment memos and present findings and recommendations to senior management • Support negotiations with analysis, structuring options, and deal materials • Source and screen potential targets against company strategy and investment criteria • Partner with the Post-Merger Integration team during diligence • Organize deal materials, trackers, and stakeholders across multiple live processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an M&A advisory group at a prominent investment bank, specifically on M&A deal execution • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Direct experience with sourcing, diligence, data room management, investment memos, synergy identification and quantification, and presenting to senior stakeholders • Sharp, decision-ready written and verbal communication • Comfort presenting recommendations to senior leadership • Ability to run multiple deal processes simultaneously • Interest in moving from an advisory seat to executing deals for a principal
