📋 Description

• Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration • Support therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studies • Train new customers to use the remedē System programmer and perform device programming • Work closely with the Territory Manager to support all aspects of the sales process • Educate potential customers, especially sleep physicians, about central sleep apnea, therapy, indications, and clinical data • Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule • Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties • Support a high volume of accounts in the Northern Central region • Travel frequently throughout the territory and undertake additional regional and national travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within or near Chicago, IL; Des Moines, IA; Milwaukee, WI; or Madison, WI • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred • 5+ years of experience in Sleep Medicine required • Preferably at least 2 years working in a sleep clinic or sleep laboratory • Extensive experience scoring sleep studies and interpreting sleep study reports required • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification required • Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) certification required • Clinical sleep educator certification or equivalent required • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to collaborate as a team player • Ability to take responsibility and act independently when necessary • Ability to travel 80%, including overnight stays • Ability to maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities
