📋 Description

• Execute localized market action plans by adapting global or regional marketing campaigns and materials for specific territories • Plan, organize, and execute local events, workshops, seminars, and tradeshow participation from conception through completion • Drive lead generation and customer engagement in the BioPharma segment • Provide direct marketing support to the local Sales team, including tailored materials, product presentations and demonstrations, lead follow-up, and deal-cycle support • Identify, build, and nurture relationships with local Key External Experts and influencers • Gather and report local market insights, competitive activities, and customer feedback • Collaborate with sales, marketing program management, and other cross-functional teams • Support regional business objectives, demand generation, sales growth, and commercial success

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in Life Sciences, or a related scientific/medical field • Understanding of the life sciences market for Centrifugation, Cell Health, and/or Particle Counting, as well as the North American biopharma market • Minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in field marketing or sales within the Life Science or Pharma industry • Demonstrated ability to provide direct sales support and deliver compelling product presentations • Ability to travel up to 40%, potentially with overnight stays • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Experience with project management tools, marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketo, and CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus • Experience working closely with Key External Experts (KEEs) is a plus
