📋 Description

• Troubleshoot, install, perform preventative maintenance on, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment independently • Provide efficient customer service and technical training on products • Service Automation, Chemistry, and Immunoassay product lines • Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records • Order repair parts and adhere to cycle times • Use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for service call planning and team goals • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet requirements • Help train newer Field Service Engineers • Report to the Field Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree, military experience, or equivalent experience • 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation • Current valid driver’s license • Good driving record over the last three years • Ability to travel within an assigned geography and periodically to other areas/overnight • Ability to lift, lower, and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch/crawl, push/pull, and sit/stand for extended periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level • Ability to flex/extend neck • Good hand and finger dexterity • Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in advanced troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and/or service repair • Preferred: experience developing positive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Preferred: technical college major such as biomed, engineering, or related
