📋 Description

• Lead technical business initiatives from initial assessment through completion • Coordinate diverse disciplines and lead project teams • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets • Negotiate with functional managers to secure resources and build project teams • Prioritize tasks to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify and align requirements • Monitor and track project progress • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on milestones and achievements • Identify and remove obstacles to improve team productivity and project execution • Report to the Senior Manager within the IT Program Management Office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience • Typically 7–10 years of IT project management experience in relevant industries • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and PPM Pro • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution approach • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to assemble, manage, and motivate diverse project teams • Ability to travel 20% to project sites and Brea, CA • PMP and Scrum certification are a plus
