• Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders on talent and organizational design challenges • Partner with client groups and Talent Acquisition to acquire diverse and skilled talent • Drive successful execution of the performance management process • Collaborate with clients on internal movement decisions • Report on assigned KPIs including headcount management
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organization Design, Organization Development or related field with 10+ years of HR Experience OR Master’s with 7+ years of Human Resources Experience • Minimum 5 years prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives • Experience supporting and influencing C-Suite leaders • Skills in strategic thinking, influencing, negotiating, coaching, consulting, business acumen, written and oral communication, project management, and emotional intelligence
