📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end ML and LLM lifecycle and deployment • Manage experiment tracking, model and prompt registries, versioning, lineage, and reproducibility • Design and operate batch and low-latency model-serving infrastructure, including LLM inference • Optimize autoscaling, GPU efficiency, batching, quantization, caching, and performance • Productionize agentic workflows and automations as scalable, repeatable, reliable services • Implement containerized and sandboxed execution with secure tool and data integrations • Implement CI/CD, testing, offline and online evaluations, guardrails, and safe deployment patterns • Monitor model and agent quality, drift, latency, token usage, and cost • Implement tracing, automated alerting, and feedback loops • Drive GPU and accelerated-compute scheduling, quota and utilization management, provider routing, rate limits, and CUDA image hygiene • Build self-service ML and agent tooling, golden paths, and reusable templates • Set MLOps and LLMOps standards and best practices • Partner with Danaher operating companies, platform teams, data scientists, engineers, and business teams • Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with architecture and delivery • Report to the Senior Director, Data and AI Platform

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of software, ML, or infrastructure engineering experience • Hands-on MLOps/LLMOps experience • Track record of taking ML models or AI agents into production at scale • Strong experience with ML and LLM lifecycle tooling, including experiment tracking, evaluation, observability/monitoring, model registry, versioning, lineage, and reproducibility • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including scaling GPU and inference workloads • Experience with a major cloud platform; Azure preferred • Experience with Azure ML or Azure AI Foundry • Experience using IaC and CI/CD for ML • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Bash • Ability to travel up to 10% • Ability to work remotely from home in the USA
