• Own the contracts workflow including deal structuring, drafting, redlining, and negotiating a variety of commercial and government contracts • Be accountable for contract KPIs and metric goals including On Time Delivery, Quality, and Productivity for your team • Act as advisor and point of escalation for Sales, Finance, and other internal departments regarding contractual requirements • Prepare, manipulate, and analyze reports, dashboards, or complex spreadsheets from Salesforce.com, CPQ, CLM, ERP databases, BI Warehouse, and other tools • Collaborate with departments and cross functional leaders in Sales, Business Operations, Finance, and Legal • Ensure contracts meet Legal, Financial, Compliance & Regulatory requirements per policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience • At least 2 years of experience leading a team • Experience in pricing analysis and contract deal structuring • Strong knowledge in contract drafting, redlining, and negotiating within the medical device or healthcare industry • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys
