📋 Description

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications • Work across Analytic, Data Science, and Business Intelligence functions • Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand business goals and collect requirements • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, and reports • Prioritize user stories into project and release sequences • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient solutions • Engage with the Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption • Report to the Senior Director Data Engineering as part of the Data Engineering Team

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering environments • Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL • Hands-on experience leveraging Snowflake and Power BI • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Dashboards or Data Preparation • 3 years of experience working in Agile teams that work in sprints • Ability to travel to Washington DC and global Danaher sites, up to 10%
