• Lead sourcing initiatives supporting approximately $100M in direct and indirect spend for Pall Aerospace • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Global Sourcing teams • Drive sourcing, outsourcing, insourcing, subcontract management, and supplier strategies • Develop and execute sourcing strategies • Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations • Analyze market conditions and supply alternatives • Deliver results against cost reduction, margin enhancement, supplier performance, DPO, and global value sourcing metrics • Support supplier development • Collaborate on design and manufacturability reviews to optimize cost and performance • Provide guidance to tactical purchasing teams • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, supplier governance, and sourcing best practices • Continuously evaluate the existing supply base for improvement opportunities • Design, lead, negotiate, and implement multiyear Pall contracts, including RFQs, RFIs, LTAs, Pricing Level Agreements, and Stocking Agreements • Assist in vendor transitions, including outsourcing, insourcing, and vendor-to-vendor transitions • Maximize year-over-year working capital improvements • Interface with procurement teams to align local manufacturing site inputs and requirements with center-led strategy • Report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain within the Supply Chain organization • Work additional hours and weekends as needed to support business needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related • Minimum of 3 years of Supply Chain/Procurement/Strategic Sourcing/Category Management experience • Proven negotiation skills, with demonstrated performance results • Domestic and/or Global sourcing experience for a large USA or multinational manufacturing company • Highly analytical with experience in tools for RFI, RFQ, Reverse Auction • Ability to travel as required; 25–35% expected • Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle • Must be capable of performing job duties in office, distribution, and customer-site settings, including occasional lifting, climbing stairs, and extended periods of mobility • Knowledge of aerospace and defense programs, customers and products is a plus • Knowledge of US Government contracting processes, including ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulations, Small Business Plans, Assertion of Commerciality procedures, price/cost analysis, and government certifications is a plus • Experience with New Product Introduction processes and supporting internal stakeholders is a plus • Ability to develop relationships with suppliers is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally; very strong negotiating skills is a plus • U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization required • Employment visa and export authorization, including an export license if required, may be necessary
