⢠Contact customers as their warranty expires to transition them to service maintenance agreements and build long-term business ⢠Drive process improvements in the service contract business, including timely renewals, warranty conversions, and introducing new service offerings ⢠Direct sales of service contracts, including pricing and preparing proposals ⢠Collaborate closely with Service Management to identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand service agreements
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment or in a related field/industry (e.g., life sciences, biomedical) ⢠Prior telemarketing/inside sales and customer service experience is a plus ⢠Fluent in German and English ⢠Other European languages (e.g., French, Italian) are a plus
