📋 Description

• Maintain the physician panel, including physician profiles, fees, doctor groups, physician activation status, and W9 remit-to changes • Understand client fee schedules and turnaround-time requirements to negotiate physician agreement terms • Research and conduct outreach when new panel options are needed • Onboard new physicians based on client needs • Obtain physician paperwork, including agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, and NPDB documentation • Work with Network leadership to set agreement fees • Provide dictation and Access DS instructions as necessary • Maintain relationships with regional panel physicians • Represent the company in person and conduct clinic visits with block-time physicians • Provide scheduling assistance to support Operations and maximize scheduling capacity • Recruit and manage doctors in regional strategic markets for IME exam services and specialty coverage • Address licensing and necessary certifications for doctors willing to allow unilateral recording and commit to blocked clinic days, as applicable • Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship-management visits with current and prospective panel physicians • Foster long-term partnerships with panel doctors through face-to-face meetings and ongoing field presence • Source and fulfill open service requests requiring urgent network recruitment, with daily sourcing updates • Procure exam locations and add them to the database of available resources • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Texas-based / must be located in Texas • Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set • Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties, and medical terminology • General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines • Strong negotiation skills • Strong communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Organizational skills • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines • Computer literacy and typing skills required • Legal-related industry expertise preferred • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred • Expert Witness recruiting experience strongly preferred • Must supply and support own internet services • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is required for work-from-home work
