• Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns etc. • Identify and prospect into target accounts through outbound outreach • Research and map key accounts, identifying decision-makers and their needs • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and represent Dash0’s mission and values • Continuously improve outreach sequences and messaging to drive engagement • Stay current on Dash0’s product roadmap and competitive landscape • Participate in feedback loops with marketing and product to share customer insights
• 1-2 years of experience in sales development (preferably in B2B SaaS), ideally in observability or a related tech space, with solid knowledge of the tool landscape and confidence engaging technical buyers • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English • A growth mindset and willingness to learn about technical products • Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings • Experience using modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, or similar • Passion for technology and the developer ecosystem
