📋 Description

• Own end-to-end workforce transformation engagements for Databricks' largest customers • Diagnose current workforce capabilities, define required changes, build transformation plans, and drive execution through adoption • Own the full transformation lifecycle from workforce assessment through capability pathways, operating rhythm, and measurement • Run 2 to 3 concurrent engagements across assessments, coached transformations, and deep embedded engagements • Design transformation approaches across executive, manager, and individual-contributor organizational layers • Build executive sponsorship with CDOs, CIOs, and CHROs • Establish operating rhythms, coach internal champions, remove adoption barriers, and adapt plans • Design human-agent collaboration models and distinguish human, automated, agent-assisted, and agent-led work • Shape engagement scoping and pricing to ensure deliverable commercial commitments • Convert engagement learnings into scalable tools and playbooks • Partner with technical deployment, AI transformation, and account teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8 or more years leading workforce or organizational transformation in a technology adoption context • Experience executing transformations and owning outcomes • Experience leading conversations with C-suite or VP-level sponsors and influencing technology adoption at scale • Ability to assess workflows, identify required changes, and design capability pathways • Understanding of change management, including sponsorship models, adoption curves, resistance patterns, and internal champion development • Comfort with ambiguity and building playbooks • Comfort with commercial conversations, engagement scoping, pricing input, and realistic delivery commitments • Familiarity with data and AI platforms and enterprise adoption challenges • Background in professional services, management consulting, or customer success is a plus • Experience measuring behavior change tied to business value is a plus
