📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex, high-visibility client implementations across ERP, MES/WMS, CRM, and related Datacor solutions • Serve as lead point of contact for complex client implementations • Own planning and scheduling, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines • Manage budgets, resourcing, risks, forecasting, change control, and contingency planning • Coordinate implementation, technical services, solution architecture, product, and development teams • Conduct executive status meetings and manage senior stakeholder relationships • Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery escalations • Anticipate delivery issues and risks using business insights and factual conclusions • Negotiate requirements, scope changes, and alternative solutions • Improve delivery methodologies, templates, and tools • Maintain relationships across Sales, Optimization, Support, Product, and key clients • Stay current on ERP trends, technologies, and process manufacturing and distribution best practices • Coach, review, delegate, and mentor delivery staff • Lead resolution of difficult delivery problems and foster continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or relevant area; a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in ERP software delivery or implementation, including leading complex, multi-workstream projects • Proven track record of delivering large implementations on time and on budget • Experience with ERP, MES/WMS, or CRM implementations in process manufacturing or distribution preferred • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced organizational, project management, and budget management skills • Exceptional time management skills across multiple concurrent engagements • Superb computer literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools • PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus • Demonstrated success coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to other delivery or project staff • Highly skilled at presenting complex information to senior-level audiences, negotiating solutions, and building consensus • Recognized as a trusted delivery leader by clients and internal stakeholders • Communicates directly, delivers clear feedback and direction, and inspires others
