📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) • Build and configure Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and decision strategies • Develop adaptive models and real-time decisioning capabilities to optimize customer interactions • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer engagement requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions • Integrate Pega CDH with enterprise applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies • Configure customer journeys and personalized engagement across multiple channels • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables • Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation processes • Support deployment activities and provide post-production support as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) • Expertise in Next-Best-Action (NBA) Designer, Decision Strategies, and Engagement Policies • Experience with Adaptive Decisioning and Customer Journey Management • Knowledge of Pega Case Management • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
