📋 Description

• Review contracts and related deal documents for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance • Route deals through the approval/close workflow in the CRM • Coordinate with finance, legal, and sales leadership as needed • Own opportunity close/won turnaround time • Proactively flag bottlenecks and escalate exceptions • Support quarter-end and year-end close by prioritizing and expediting in-flight deals • Identify recurring deal documentation issues and recommend process or policy improvements • Maintain accurate deal records and reporting in CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, accounting/finance, or a related field, ideally at a SaaS or subscription-based company • Working knowledge of quote-to-cash processes • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite • Strong analytical skills • Comfort reviewing all deal-related documentation • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage a high volume of deals under tight deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain and enforce policy • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
