📋 Description

• Manage critical customer accounts throughout their recovery lifecycle • Drive account recovery lifecycles and identify accounts at risk • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers • Monitor daily escalations and establish reportable information-sharing structures • Evaluate deployment readiness and product stability • Lead technical action planning based on customer feedback • Facilitate recurring syncs for internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate with engineering, sales, support, and product management teams • Maintain detailed account records and action plans • Train and delegate tasks to support agents • Drive process and tooling enhancements that scale the function • Collaborate across support, engineering, sales, and product management to resolve high-stakes issues

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or a technical escalation role • Surveillance & Enterprise Systems knowledge, including networking, access control, technology, or enterprise software deployment • Proficiency in maintaining account records, case references, meeting notes, and action plans • Experience handling high-stakes customer relationships and maintaining ownership of deliverables and milestones • Expertise driving technical issue resolution across multiple internal departments • Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack preferred • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Under 10% travel required
