📋 Description

• Lead strategic architecture and technical planning, application integration, and modernization across cloud, data, AI, and SaaS • Analyze business needs and priorities and design their fit within a multi-organization ecosystem • Lead detailed design of Salesforce and related technology projects from inception through production support • Provide industry standards and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology partners • Identify areas of product growth and build scalable applications while minimizing technical debt • Design and document enterprise systems, data models, processes, and APIs • Mentor others in architecture, development technologies, tools, and processes • Establish architecture governance structures, standards, policies, and frameworks • Define system architecture landscapes, identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver comprehensive solutions • Lead enterprise-level technical strategy and projects through the full software development lifecycle using waterfall and agile methodologies • Leverage sprint planning and retrospectives to track critical results • Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align systems and plans with business goals and strategies • Measure program effectiveness and business results using dashboards and content management systems • Manage multiple projects and initiatives with timely execution • Foster quality, productivity, and innovation in accordance with company values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant technical architectural experience; developer expertise preferred • Minimum of 7 years as an SF Solutions Architect and/or technical consultant • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, application development, data modelling, and security protocols • Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft • Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills • Strong understanding of campaign-to-cash business processes • Ability to define data and process workflows and lead cross-functional and cross-discipline discussions • Certified Salesforce CPQ administrator preferred • Quality training such as Lean Sigma or CAP training preferred • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems • Basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, and their use in software development • Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations • Expertise in defining, implementing, and continually refining business processes • Experience communicating with developers, technical teams, and product management to understand requirements and describe software features and technical designs • History of leading large, complex IT projects and programs across Applications, Infrastructure and Operations, and Information Security • Ability to strategize and solve business problems using process, technical, and automation solutions • Experience managing multiple workstreams and initiatives while controlling risks • Experience with agile development or Scrum project management methodologies • Understanding of software engineering principles, key design patterns, and best practices • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to constant change • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels • Highly organized with the ability to establish and manage priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is a plus • Strong knowledge of data management concepts and architecture
