📋 Description

• Manage the organization’s compensation programs, including base pay, merit, bonus, incentive, and related processes • Lead annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, including planning, analysis, approvals, Workday system administration, reporting, and communications • Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, salary structure reviews, internal equity analyses, and pay recommendations • Maintain job architecture, compensation policies, guidelines, Workday data, and supporting documentation • Advise HR Business Partners, managers, and leaders on compensation decisions, pay practices, job leveling, and compliance requirements • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to improve data quality, reporting, controls, and process efficiency • Lead pay equity reviews and support compliance with applicable pay transparency, wage-and-hour, and equal-pay requirements • Manage, coach, and develop the Compensation Analyst while ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential service delivery • Report directly to the VP, People Rewards & Digital HR Solutions • Supervise one Compensation Analyst

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field required • Five or more years of progressive compensation experience • Experience with salary structures, market pricing, annual compensation planning, and pay analysis • Experience working with HRIS and compensation systems • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, pay equity, incentive programs, and applicable compliance requirements • Advanced analytical, spreadsheet, reporting, HRIS, project-management, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent judgment, discretion, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills • Ability to explain complex compensation matters clearly • CCP, WorldatWork, SHRM, or other relevant certification preferred • Workday and Marketpay experience preferred
