📋 Description

• Serve as strategic communications advisor to leaders on enterprise and departmental communications • Lead strategy and manage execution of communications advancing Datavant’s employer brand across internal and external channels • Lead strategy and execution of integration-related communications for employees of acquired companies • Govern intranet publishing and provide guidance to other departments • Own editorial strategy and execution of the monthly company newsletter • Support internal and executive communications in partnership with the Office of the CEO and Chief People Officer • Develop Town Hall content, manage speakers, and produce events • Develop and execute communications strategies for People/HR campaigns and internal organizational changes • Support the internal incident/crisis management team with employee communications about operational risks • Guide and support the Communications Specialist in developing materials promoting talent, culture, and values

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of public relations and communications experience, including experience in-house at a mid- to large-sized company • Experience leading or supporting internal communications programs and initiatives • Strong understanding of internal communications best practices • Experience securing earned media coverage and working directly with journalists, or professional journalism experience • Proven track record developing and executing multi-stakeholder communications programs • Experience using AI for content creation and interest in leveraging AI to improve communications planning, processes, and workflows • Strong business, creative, and editorial writing skills • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field • Must be eligible to work in the United States; this job is not eligible for employment sponsorship
