📋 Description

• Analyze quality results, customer feedback, performance data, process changes, and leader input to identify skill and knowledge gaps • Decide on training solutions such as courses, refreshers, job aids, and targeted coaching • Advise leaders and cross-functional partners on training strategy and timing • Set learning objectives and success measures • Design new-hire and ongoing training programs and determine content, sequencing, delivery methods, practice activities, and assessments • Create and maintain facilitator guides, learner materials, job aids, practice exercises, and assessments • Partner with subject matter experts and process owners to validate training content • Lead instructor-led and virtual training for customer service associates • Deliver skill development, product release, process change, and refresher training • Adjust delivery based on learner needs and understanding • Provide coaching during training and transition to live customer work • Evaluate learner knowledge and skills through observation, practice scenarios, knowledge checks, and readiness assessments • Determine learner readiness for production or additional training and support • Analyze training results and recommend program improvements • Coordinate training schedules, rosters, system access, training environments, and materials • Maintain training records and reports in the learning management system and approved tools • Protect confidential, proprietary, and health information • Support other training, knowledge management, and operational readiness priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of training experience • Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills • Experience developing training materials, job aids, and assessments • Ability to analyze performance gaps and evaluate learner readiness • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills • Customer service or contact-center training experience (preferred) • Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience (preferred) • Experience with LMS and virtual learning platforms (preferred) • Experience supporting product, system, or process changes (preferred) • Experience facilitating and managing training programs for geographically distributed or remote teams (preferred) • L&D instructional design or related experience (preferred) • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship
