📋 Description

• Build, automate, and distribute new reports and update existing reports to drive improvements and identify opportunities across Revenue Operations business teams • Develop report requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders • Understand data sources, data extraction, and data usage across multiple databases, including EDW and SQL • Write requirements and design, build, and automate complex reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau • Produce reports and ad hoc requests accurately and on time • Troubleshoot front-end and back-end report issues • Communicate with facilities to ensure timely and accurate receipt of patients' insurance coverage information • Understand relationships between report metrics and business outcomes • Assess how proposed changes may affect report accuracy and functionality • Translate data into actionable business knowledge through recurring reports • Identify issues, escalate to stakeholders, determine root causes, and propose solutions • Collect input from business partners and lead working sessions • Execute next steps within assigned workstreams and maintain project plans • Communicate proactively about roadblocks • Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed • Follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3 to 4 years of experience in analytics job history • Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL, EDW, Excel, and Tableau • Advanced knowledge and experience in query building • Consistent, regular, punctual attendance • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's Degree • Preferred: Healthcare analytics experience • Preferred: Netezza, Alteryx, and Google Cloud experience • Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred • Experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations, and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred
