📋 Description

• Execute assigned tasks and track key CHE metrics • Support basic analytics needs for the Comprehensive Health Evaluation program • Use SQL to extract and query data from warehouses such as Snowflake and GCP BigQuery • Build summarized views and operational reports in Excel and Tableau • Own monthly production and distribution of ad hoc and standard CHE reporting • Conduct quality assurance on reporting and data pulls • Maintain data integrity and accuracy of metrics • Collaborate with clinical subject matter experts, IKC Operations, and the Model of Care team • Identify clinical questions that can be answered using data • Continuously develop technical skills, knowledge of data systems, and healthcare analytics concepts

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field • 1+ years of experience using SQL for basic data extraction and querying • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn Tableau and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and GCP BigQuery • Strong critical thinking skills, work ethic, and attention to detail • Adept communication skills to synthesize insights for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to lift 2–15 pounds unassisted • Ability to sit for extended periods with some standing, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, and lifting • Ability to use a computer and peripherals for extended periods • Fluent written and verbal skills necessary to perform the role successfully
