📋 Description

• Perform data and reporting analysis, management, and presentation using Excel, data warehouses, SQL, and Tableau • Compile and transform data across multiple databases • Conduct root cause analysis, quality assurance, trending, and complex analytical modeling • Determine variable assumptions • Summarize and package analytical insights for stakeholders, partners, and leaders • Develop, pitch, and initiate action plans and process improvements • Translate business requirements into specifications for recurring reports • Partner with executive stakeholders and lead working sessions • Deliver accurate data, findings, and recommendations • Maintain relationships and provide updates on initiatives • Oversee smaller initiatives from inception to completion • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and track progress against goals • Create visual and graphical materials for leadership and partner-team updates • Identify relationships among metrics and processes across multiple businesses • Participate in innovation and automation initiatives • Provide direction and mentorship across the team • Perform User Acceptance Testing and validation tasks • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and DaVita policies

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree • 2-3+ years of data analysis and Excel pivot table experience • Ability to analyze complex data to be proactive in business decisions • Expert computer proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent presentation skills and experience in project management • Fluent written and verbal skills necessary to perform the essential functions • Preferred: experience with SQL and/or Python, VBA, Power BI, Microsoft Access, Excel Macros, Tableau, Netezza, and Google Cloud • Preferred: coding and Excel certifications • Commitment to DaVita's values • Experience with data analytics tools and processes, including SQL, database development and management, Tableau, Google Cloud, and data visualization • High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of three years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred • Experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred • Knowledge of insurance rules, regulations, and Coordination of Benefits preferred • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required • Ability to lift 5 to 50 lbs unassisted and perform standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and reaching • Manual dexterity and ability to use computer keyboards and peripherals • Ability to differentiate colors on a test strip may be required • Must work on computer screens for 8+ hours a day
