📋 Description

• Support small-to-large change project deployments using process improvement and change management methodologies • Partner with Change Managers and cross-functional teams to develop deployment strategies and collateral • Drive implementation and adoption of innovative technologies and processes • Use organizational and behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans • Build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards providing project insight and analysis • Develop analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption • Adhere to standard change management and deployment practices • Provide analytical assessments throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and deliver change management collateral, including deployment plans, communications, sponsorship, coaching plans, resistance management, training plans, and change reinforcement • Engage field partners to define, gather, and analyze feedback • Collate feedback findings to influence or adapt the change approach • Analyze, interpret, and QA data; use insights to identify next steps and actions • Manage time, tasks, and collateral completion with minimal support and oversight • Build relationships with operators and clinicians to inform and drive project outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 1+ years of work-related experience • Ability to support small-to-large change project deployments using process improvement and change management methodologies • Ability to manage individual work streams and communicate business needs • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment • High level of emotional intelligence • Understanding and effective application of change management methodology • Ability to analyze, interpret, and QA data • Ability to build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards • Ability to manage time and complete tasks with minimal support and oversight • Ability to build appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks • Ability to navigate cross-functional relationships • Ability to present comfortably and compellingly to multiple audiences
