📋 Description

• Analyze patient sample data across a wide range of flow cytometry assays using WinList and FCS Express • Follow approved assay-specific analysis procedures, templates, and training materials • Learn and use established analysis software, gating templates, Excel reporting tools, and assay-specific materials • Review analyzed patient sample data for accuracy and consistency • Escalate unusual findings or issues when appropriate • Generate, save, and maintain patient sample result files in required Excel and PDF formats • Analyze technical transfer data and prepare associated Excel and PDF result files • Support evaluation against established acceptance criteria, including applicable CV% requirements • Collaborate with Scientists and team members on analysis questions, unusual data patterns, and assay-specific considerations • Maintain documentation, data integrity, and quality standards in accordance with departmental procedures and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology • 1 year of flow cytometry analysis experience • Proficient with computers • Familiarity with laboratory information systems • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test • Strong working knowledge of flow cytometry principles • Hands-on experience with FCS Express or comparable analysis software • Ability to work independently and within a remote global team environment • Ability to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines • Preferred: two years of experience with flow cytometry analysis • Preferred: MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), CLS(NCA) or SCYM(ASCP) certification • Preferred: experience with Excel automation (macros, formulas)
