📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of patient experience and activation strategies across DaVita IKC and DaVita Kidney Care • Lead an established team of 6-8 individuals ranging from analyst to senior manager • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior executives and influence enterprise priorities related to clinical program design and patient engagement • Design and lead a patient experience program focused on great interactions, meaningful follow-through, and service recovery • Equip care teams with communication and engagement skills • Build systems to identify service shortcomings and rapidly resolve them using patient feedback and real-time survey insights • Drive strategies that empower patients during their clinical journey, especially early dialysis experiences • Train and support frontline care teams to engage patients with empathy, listen actively, and co-create care plans • Redesign patient journeys during critical care moments • Re-think information prioritization and sequencing to maximize patient adoption • Apply patient segmentation to align education and engagement strategies with patient readiness • Build structure and execute multi-year clinical program visions • Use data and feedback to iterate quickly and drive continuous improvement • Lead cross-functional teams through transformational change at scale • Benchmark industry best practices and emerging trends in patient experience and activation • Foster a culture of belonging aligned with DaVita’s Core Values

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in clinical program management, healthcare operations, population health, or a related field • Experience ideally working with complex, chronic, or high-acuity patient populations • 5+ years of people leadership experience • Proven track record of managing and developing Managers/Directors • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is highly preferred • Deep understanding of patient education, behavior change, and patient engagement strategies • Ability to recognize, prioritize, and evaluate workload and growth opportunities • Ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Comfort with ambiguity • Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills • Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility • Strong executive communication skills • Ability to handle and drive multiple projects with multiple teams • Willingness to understand the complexity of healthcare markets
