📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle executive search for Director and VP level roles • Serve as a subject matter expert using advanced consulting skills • Develop and execute innovative sourcing methods • Partner with Compensation, People Services, and Operational Leadership • Manage complex behavioral-based interview processes • Articulate DaVita's talent and business strategy to candidates • Maintain weekly hiring and candidate communication • Manage search agency relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive-level recruiting • Proven success as a relationship builder • Advanced negotiation skills • Exceptional executive talent assessment skills • Strong business acumen and performance management skills • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred
