📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles • Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates • Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong organization and follow-through • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate candidates, and move roles forward • Deliver a clear, responsive, and positive candidate experience from outreach through offer • Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline, feedback, and hiring progress • Write, publish, and optimize job postings across external platforms • Monitor funnel metrics and identify ways to improve conversion and candidate flow • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles • Support structured, consistent, and objective hiring practices

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, customer-facing, or operations roles • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail • Experience using an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter • Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring partners • Strong organization and ability to keep multiple roles moving at once • Comfort using recruiting metrics to track progress and improve outcomes • Ability to adapt quickly as hiring needs and priorities evolve • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion, including identifying and nurturing high-performing, diverse talent, while fostering an environment of objectivity, open communication, and mutual respect.
