📋 Description

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination. • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver consistent, equitable processes. • Source, engage, and nurture top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative alternative channels. • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit. • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely communication and exceptional candidate experiences. • Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) to manage applicant flow, ensure data integrity, and track metrics for reporting and continuous improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance recruiting processes, implement best practices, and support broader talent operations initiatives. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and community relationships, including partnerships with diversity and affinity groups. • Stay informed on market trends and use innovative tools and sourcing strategies to reach and attract diverse talent pools. • Support the team’s broader People Operations goals, including onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a GovCon or federal contracting environment. • Proven success managing multiple requisitions and delivering full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced setting. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse preferred). • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across teams. • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. • Demonstrated creativity and initiative in sourcing and pipeline development. • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. • Passion for continuous improvement and commitment to Pluribus’ principles of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
