🎯 Requirements

• Critical role within DaVita’s Learning & Development Center of Excellence (CoE) • Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and Learning Center of Excellence teammates • Complex learning solutions that increase performance and drive business impact with measurable results • Translates business needs into end-to-end learning solutions • Defines learning journeys and modality strategies • Designs and develops multi-modal learning solutions that address complex capability gaps
