📋 Description

• Provide operational oversight of contracted payor escalations, including settlements, legal escalations, and support for contract negotiations • Develop strategy to drive payor escalations to resolution • Manage large escalations and projects with Revenue Operations, Legal, Contracting, and external insurance companies • Resolve complex and large claim payment issues through legal and contracting channels • Collaborate on resolutions that prevent recurring issues • Tailor communications to differing audiences • Strategize and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior leaders • Set team goals, motivate the team, and ensure work products meet standards • Prioritize competing priorities and deliver projects on time • Generate strategic insights and translate complex insights into actionable opportunities • Identify and engage stakeholders to foster collaboration • Build high-performing teams and develop leaders

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/equivalency – Required • Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel – Required • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle – Required • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections – Preferred • Experience leading teams, managing large projects, and working with multiple participants and stakeholders • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and deliver on deadlines with minimal interventions • Ability to prepare and deliver effective communications tailored to differing audiences • Ability to critically think through barriers and create and implement solutions • Ability to build high-performing teams and develop leaders • Ability to influence change and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior audiences
