📋 Description

• The Manager, People Services position is an integral member of the leadership team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other matters which impact business results. • Responsible for leading and coaching manager and above teammates up to executive’s leaders within the company. • Providing strategic HR support and guidance to our organization. • Work closely with department leaders (manager+) and teammates to ensure effective HR solutions and initiatives that align with business objectives. • Identify and work towards key priorities through executing our human capital strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred • Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred • Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record required • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on human resources experience as a human resource business partner • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as human resources manager strongly preferred; experience in large (1000+) company preferred. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook required
