📋 Description

• Analyze and translate clinical user needs into IT solutions aligned with clinical workflows • Translate clinical objectives into strategic goals supporting patient-care transformation • Collaborate with clinical and business leaders and manage key stakeholder relationships • Elicit and document requirements from clinical, business, product, UX, operations, and executive stakeholders • Manage solution requirements specifications, use cases, screen layouts, process flows, and functional/non-functional requirements • Promote consistency in care delivery, documentation, care efficiency, patient outcomes, cost of care, and engagement • Liaise between clinical delivery/business teams and product, engineering, QA, and IT teams • Serve as a clinical SME and consultant for the CMIO on projects, meetings, and groups • Review training materials and product communications • Conduct train-the-trainer and demo sessions for clinical partners, trainers, helpdesk/support teams, and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth understanding of clinical objectives and translating them into IT solutions • Ability to elicit requirements from clinical staff, OCMO, CMIO, product managers, product directors, product owners, UX teammates, business SMEs, operations, and executive leadership • Experience managing Solution Requirements Specifications, use cases, screen layouts, process flows, functional and non-functional requirements, and other design artifacts • Ability to develop and manage collaborative relationships with key stakeholders • Ability to collaborate with clinical and business leaders across care delivery, documentation, care efficiency, patient outcomes, cost of care, patient engagement, and staff satisfaction • Ability to act as a liaison between clinical delivery teams/business partners and product, engineering, QA, and IT teams • Clinical subject matter expertise and consulting ability on behalf of the CMIO • Ability to review and provide feedback on training materials and product communications • Ability to conduct train-the-trainer and demonstration sessions
