📋 Description

• Own complex provider engagement initiatives and key products/processes from inception through implementation • Monitor and drive progress on work plans, taking initiative in complex situations and developing improvement ideas and solutions • Collaborate with lane leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across field operations, clinical, financial, IT, and compliance functions • Facilitate meetings, lead discussions, engage participants, and communicate patterns, trends, and action plans • Analyze objective and subjective data to generate insights and recommend action plans that improve outcomes • Support provider engagement programs and value-based care objectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 2–4 years of demonstrated success in healthcare project management, strategy, management consulting, or provider network management • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint • Experience owning projects from inception to implementation • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently • Resourceful and resilient, with comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel up to 25%
