📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end commercial support for complex, non-standard transactions, including pricing structures, discounting strategies, and standard concessions • Negotiate nuanced commercial and contractual redlines with sellers, sales leadership, and customers, partnering with Legal on significant risk deviations • Resolve high-friction deal escalations independently for stakeholders in Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Systems • Translate recurring deal friction and gray-area exceptions into approval guidance, playbooks, exception taxonomies, and workflow improvements • Evaluate quote-to-cash workflows and determine which transactions require human support versus guided self-service or automation • Coach less experienced team members and improve commercial capability, handoff quality, and transaction readiness across revenue operations • Operate as an independent commercial lead while driving operational improvements across the function

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or quote-to-cash support functions • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company • Ability to independently structure semi-complex and complex deals • Experience managing pricing negotiations • Ability to resolve cross-functional escalations without management intervention • Direct experience negotiating commercial terms and contractual redlines with sales leaders and customer counterparts • Deep proficiency with Salesforce • Experience using CPQ systems to manage approval workflows and transaction structures • Track record of contributing to workflow optimization, policy clarification, or sales enablement initiatives
