📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP solutions supporting core GTS processes • Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Lead and support GTS-related projects and deliverables • Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance in GTS • Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications • Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design end-to-end processes and integrations • Lead or contribute to unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning • Create and maintain business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and test scripts • Recommend best practices and innovative solutions for GTS process strategy • Drive continuous improvement to optimize system performance and user experience • Provide functional expertise and production support, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions • Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing • Support the multi-year global SAP S/4HANA migration initiative • Travel 30% for go-lives and hyper-care to a Pentair facility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field • 8+ years of professional experience in related fields • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with GTS and SAP S/4HANA processes • Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, with direct involvement in GTS process design and deployment • Experience working in Agile environments and with project management tools such as Jira, Azure, Scrum, and Kanban • Strong knowledge of trade compliance, including preference management, sanction party screening, product classification, license controls, and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems • Proficiency in configuration and testing of GTS and SAP S/4HANA modules • Experience developing functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • SAP certification in GTS, S/4HANA, or related modules preferred • 30% travel required • External candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance of a Pentair facility
