📋 Description

• Own daily cash management and liquidity operations for Mission Lane's Treasury function • Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts • Execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments for timely, accurate settlement • Refine and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts • Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Support the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital Markets to maintain accurate reporting • Support internal controls and audit requests tied to Treasury activities • Help ensure compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, and corporate policy • Design and stand up treasury processes as the function matures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline • 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable analytical role within financial services or fintech • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Foundational knowledge of, or strong desire to develop proficiency in, SQL and Python • Strong foundational understanding of corporate cash management, treasury operations, interest rate risk, and core financial principles • Ability to operate independently, resolve complex issues, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical cross-functional teams • Ability to work remotely and travel approximately up to four times a year for in-person collaboration • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and process automation tools preferred • Experience using AI to streamline and automate business processes, such as Claude, preferred • Familiarity with fintech regulatory requirements and compliance standards, such as SOX and GAAP, preferred • Mission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization
